I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in an area known as 'little England'. the hotel, with its quaint English village architecture, was a delightful find. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and enjoyed attentive service. Our room was beautifully appointed, featuring a large and incredibly comfortable four-post bed and a spacious bathroom. the following morning, we savored a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Although our stay was brief, it left a lasting impression. I must also mention the hotel manager's exceptional assistance in promptly couriering a pair of forgotten shoes to us before our departure. It was a kind gesture that we truly appreciated. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 🌟.

We had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy any appetite. The room was unique, spacious, and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
While there were a few small issues in the room, such as a slightly broken bed frame and some stains in the spa bath, these did not impact our overall comfort. Additionally, the restaurant service was a bit slow in taking food orders, so it's best to give advance notice.

The value for money at this small hotel was excellent, and the room was really comfortable and well-decorated, with a jacuzzi too. The location was convenient for exploring the gardens and city, and the staff, especially the manager Insaf, were outstanding in attending to our needs and even going the extra mile to get fresh mint from a neighbor's garden for our tea.
The breakfast selection could be improved a bit, but it was still satisfying overall.

My family and I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Nuwara Eliya and had a great experience. The staff at the hotel were well trained and the manager was very attentive to detail. The bathroom fittings were excellent and seemed to be newly refurbished. Our family room was comfortable and the restaurant was well managed, offering delicious food from both western and local cuisines. The service provided by the staff was excellent and we were impressed by their hospitality.
Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so having a vehicle of our own would have been helpful.
